America’s Funniest Home Videos host Alfonso Ribeiro is selling his Toluca Lake area home. The longtime TV star has just listed his modest but upscale Los Angeles home for $1.449 million.

Ribeiro first purchased the home in June 2004 for $729,000, but the 1940s estate has been completed updated and expanded. Spanning 3,941-square-feet, it features four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

A small studio guesthouse and detached two-car garage are also located on the property. The studio includes a full kitchen.

Styled with contemporary elements, the family home features luxurious dark wood floors. The kitchen sports a more contemporary look with a metallic wall treatment, striated wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
