Favorite 1990s boy band star Chris Kirkpatrick has just listed his Orlando, Florida, mansion. The former NSYNC member is hoping to get $2.3 million for the Sunshine State property.

Even though Kirkpatrick didn’t pursue a solo career like fellow bandmate Justin Timberlake, his home wows with plenty of windows and expansive views of Big Sand Lake beyond the large backyard.

The home spans 6,314 square feet and features a rare lower level featuring a bar, game room, and theater that opens up to the patio and sparkling infinity pool. Incredibly, the theater sports a rushed fabric ceiling that’s both chic and stylish.

As an added bonus, residents can also see the Disney World fireworks from the theme parks since they’re only 5.5 miles away.

After the band broke up in 2005, Kirkpatrick went on to work as a reality star in CMT’s “Gone Country” and as a voice actor for “The Fairly OddParents.”
