Hollywood stars Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann are selling their Malibu, California, home. The property that’s located in the Colony area of Malibu is now available for $12 million.

The Hollywood pair purchased the 1930s beachfront house in March 2013 for $10.825 million, so they’re set to make a small profit if they sell at the listed price.

Spanning 2,550 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there’s plenty of room for a small family or guest rooms. A private gated entrance also leads up to a detached two-car garage.
