Featuring 260 carats and an 18k white gold case, the new watch boasts 239 emerald-cut baguette diamond stones. Named the “Billionaire Watch,” the newest creation is certainly befit of its name.

Jacob & Co. paired with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore to develop the extravagant, one-of-a-kind watch that measures in at 47.55mm wide and 58mm tall. The diamond-coated bracelet is connected to Jacob & Co.’s manually-wound tourbillon reserve, which, in total, is made up of only 167 parts.

Priced at $18 million, the new watch is truly a piece of art.
