Hollywood megastar Tom Cruise seems to be busy this holiday season trying to sell his U.K. mansion just 30 miles south of London.
The country property has been listed for $7,385,150. It was purchased back in 2006 for $4.75 million when the star was still married to Katie Holmes.
Referred to as “Rede Place,” the expansive property stretches 14.2 acres and features a home built in 2003 on the site of a pre-existing Victorian building. All four floors of the 11,331-square-foot mansion are luxurious and together include six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and three half baths.
The large living spaces offer plenty of space for entertaining while a 33-foot long bedroom provides a happy escape for the owner. Additional features like French doors, a wrought-rion railed balcony, and a two-person soaking tub can also be found in the master suite.
Other buildings on the property include a Victorian-era garage, a small summerhouse near the back garden, and “The Pavilion,” which is a self-contained residence with a vaulted ceiling and an expansive central living area.
A heated outdoor swimming pool and spa, a lush garden with stream-fed ponds, and a tennis court are also found on the grounds.
