FOX NFL Sunday broadcaster and NFL Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw and his wife Tammy have listed their 12-acre estate located on Hawaii’s Big Island just a year after landing the property.

The main house has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a dining room, great room, and a kitchen that opens up to a wide lanai. The property also features a one-bed, one-bathroom guesthouse with its own private lanai, in addition to a waterfall, lap pool, and two koi ponds.

The Bradshaws are hoping to haul in $2.7 million for the estate that features ocean and mountain views of the Big Island.
