Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have sliced the asking price for their New Orleans home to $5.65 million, a $850,000 cut from what they were originally seeking.
Hollywood’s power couple listed their French Quarter mansion in May of 2015 after purchasing the home back in 2006 when Pitt was filming “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.”
Pitt and Jolie’s renovated 1830s Big Easy house has five bedrooms and five baths and harkens to the days of the antebellum American South with marble fireplaces and mantles, crown molding, Venetian plastered walls, and a spiral staircase. The estate also has a two-story guesthouse.
If the star couple’s ownership isn’t enough, prospective buyers may like to know that actor Jonah Hill also stayed in the home while he was filming “21 Jump Street.”
