Former Colorado Rockies slugger and California native Garrett Atkins is ready to let go of another one of his SoCal homes, and has recently listed his Laguna Hills mansion for $4.6 million.

The six-bedroom home sits on a 2.2-acre lot in a horse-loving community with access to horse trails, views of the mountains, and a luxurious pool complete with a spa and cascading waterfall.

The French-style estate truly spells out outdoor California living with large outdoor spaces dedicated to entertaining.

Atkins also put his 7,600-square-foot home in Irvine, California, on the market in 2013. He was dubbed one of the best power hitters in baseball during a four-year stretch from 2005-2008 with the Rockies, hitting 88 home runs during that time and a total of 99 round-trippers in his MLB career.
