Seattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager has just purchased a $4 million waterfront home in Salisbury, North Carolina. The young star surely used some of the money from his $100 million contract extension to purchase his new digs.
The All-Star alum and Gold Glove winner landed a five-bedroom home spanning more than 5,000 square feet. With the property itself at 82 acres, there’s plenty of space for Seager to stretch out.
Classic French-inspired interiors like a wood-paneled study and wrought-iron entryway staircase offer a simple, stylish aesthetic.
Set on the water, he’ll enjoy all 1,200 feet of direct access to High Rock Lake, which comes complete with a pier and boat slip. The lush property also features a swimming pool, equestrian facilities, and a barn.
