Pop star Bruno Mars made an off-market deal as smooth as his voice when he recently sold his Laurel Canyon starter home to “Jimmy Kimmel Live” producer Jill Leiderman and “The Big Bang Theory” producer Rob Cohen for just under $3.35 million.
Mars purchased the gated and walled single-story contemporary located near the top of Hollywood’s famed Laurel Canyon for $3.25 million in 2012. The home holds three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in just over 4,000 square feet of space.
The property also features a gated pool, gym area with a small sauna, and floor-to-ceiling glass sliders in both the front and back of the house.
Mars recently purchased a 9,033-square-foot mansion on a two-acre property in the celebrity-filled Fryman Canyon area in Studio City, California, for $6.5 million, which is probably why he was willing to let his Laurel Canyon home go.
