“Amazing Race” and “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” producer Jonathan Littman has re-listed his Ojai, California property, called Gemstone Ranch, with a significant price cut after his initial attempt to sell the estate didn’t go so well.

Littman’s 10-acre estate is now listed at $5.5 million, a $1.5 million decrease, for the property located about 60 miles outside of Los Angeles.

The over 7,500-square-foot, multi-winged house has 7 bedrooms, five of which are en-suite, and 6.5 bathrooms. The house also has a spacious den, two offices, and a large media room that comes with blackout curtains.

Other amenities on the estate include a 1,200-square-foot guesthouse, a dinning terrace that comes with a wood-fired pizza oven, a gym, a lighted outdoor tennis court that can be transformed into a full-size basketball court, and a complete equestrian facility with stables, a five-acre pasture, and lighted riding arena.

But possibly the most impressive aspect of this property is its private well that feeds expansive gardens and orchards across the sun-drenched Southern California property.

Littman also owns a 9,000-plus-square-foot mansion in Encino, California, that was featured on HBO’s hit show “Entourage,” which he purchased in 2011 for $4.2 million.
