Wayne Huizenga’s Piney Flats, Tennessee, property is now available for $3.9 million as the 78-year-old billionaire businessman continues to offload his real estate holdings.

Used as the summer home for Huizenga and his wife, the 10-acre Tennessee estate is about 45 minutes away from Knoxville near the Cherokee National Forest.

The parcel holds a 7,763-square-foot main house that has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a cathedral ceiling on the main floor. The property also has access to Boone Lake with a private boat ramp and floating dock.

Huizenga is known for creating Fortune 500 companies such as Waste Management, Blockbuster Video, and AutoNation. He also once owned the Miami Dolphins and brought the Florida—now Miami—Marlins (MLB) and Florida Panthers (NHL) into existence as the initial owner of both franchises.
