It seems that singer Mariah Carey loves rental company Airbnb and the city of Malibu. Although she was renting a Carbon Beach, California, home earlier this year for $10,000 a night, the superstar has found another beachfront home for the same price.

Carey’s new rental isn’t just her new place of residence since it’s also a shooting location for a new Hallmark Christmas movie that she’s directing. The five-bedroom home therefore serve both for work and play.

A past sale listing for the gated Point Dume property mentions features like a detached guesthouse, an in-home gym, and a master suite complete with a fireplace.
