At first glance Mark Wahlberg’s former Beverly Hills estate might look more like a resort than a private residence. However, it is exactly that and is now on the market for $30 million.

Nestled in a gated area and spanning nearly two acres, the compound is described by some as a “sports fan paradise,” complete with a two-story, 2,500-square-foot gym and a professional boxing ring.

The main house spans 11,500 square feet and is accompanied by a two-bedroom guest house and a pool with a water slide, 12-foot waterfall, spa, and a grotto. But that’s not all. A professional putting green and lush landscaping make it the perfect backyard for entertaining.

Inside, an expansive living room with a fireplace and terrace wow in addition to a movie theater, children’s wing, and a family room/game room. Even though Wahlberg sold the estate back in 2013, any new owner is sure to enjoy some of the same amenities.
