Celebrity “it” couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may be expecting their second child soon, but that’s not keeping them from selling their Bel Air Crest mansion.

Although the pair hasn’t officially listed yet, rumor is that they’re preparing to sell the home since they’ve recently settled into their stylish Hidden Hills home just down the street from mom Kris Jenner’s home.

Kardashian and West purchased the home in 2013 for a reported $9 million and have been renovating it since then. After years of renovation work, updates are rumored to include a million-dollar security system, gold-plated toilets, and a Swarovski Crystal-covered refrigerator.

Even though they whisper-listed the unfinished home last September for $11 million, the completed home will reportedly go on the market for more than $20 million.
