Hockey All-Star Oleg Tverdovsky spent 14 years playing in the NHL, but only 5 years after purchasing his Bel-Air mansion he’s looking to move on.

Tverdovsky purchased the estate in 2010 for $5.4 million and now the two-time Stanley Cup champion is looking to make a significant $3 million gain on his investment, recently listing the property for $8.5 million.

The 5-bedroom, 7,000-square-foot mansion sits on two acres of private land that has spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and downtown Los Angeles, a pool and spa, and grounds to explore.

Tverdovsky retired from hockey altogether in 2013 after spending his final playing years in the Russian Hockey Federation after leaving the NHL.
