Brabus, known Mercedes-Benz tuner, has taken a brand new Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupe and greatly modified it to create the custom crossover dubbed the 850 Biturbo 4×4 Coupe.
The 850 Biturbo has a more muscular look, luxurious cabin space, and an engine overhaul from its genesis. While pricing hasn’t been announced, the GLE 63 S Coupe starts at $109,300, so it will definitely be an increase from that price.
The most significant modification comes in the boosted engine. Brabus has reworked the original 5.5-liter V8 to change its displacement to 6.0 liters, and they also swapped the twin turbos with a large supercharger.
Other engine changes include a Brabus-specific crankshaft with forged pistons and connecting rods. All of this results in a 273-hp increase for an 850-hp V8 that generates 1,069 pound-feet of torque to all four wheels.
Brabus has also adapted the body to be more aerodynamic with a carbon-fiber body kit and allows prospective owners to customize the cabin to their desires, including Alcantara upholstery options and additional ambient lighting.
