Sony has unveiled the RX1R II, its newest full-frame compact camera built to take astonishing pictures and still easily fit in user’s pockets.
A follow up to the very popular RX1 and RX1R of recent years, this time Sony has delivered a 42.4-megapixel sensor, a 35-mm Zeiss Sonnar T F2 lens, and a pop-out electric viewfinder in a compact design to capture high-quality images.
The rear of the camera holds a large LCD display that fills about two-thirds of the device. The RX1R II also features built-in Wi-Fi and NFC, which means the camera can share pictures or be controlled with a smart phone app for iOS and Android devices.
The RX1R II is now available with a $3,300 price tag.
