A Silicon Valley shack is for sale, but don’t let its size fool you.  The unique one-bedroom, one-bathroom, 180-square-foot locale has just been listed for $2 million.

Located at 829 La Para Ave. in Palo Alto, California, it may be a tiny house, but the 6,886-square-foot lot this tiny home sits on is just minutes away from the Google campus and the perfect place to build a custom dream home.

City limits state that a potential home can be up to 2,816 square feet and can even include a basement if the new owner is so inclined. Unfortunately the tiny shack on the property is on its last leg with several structural issues, but some would say location is all that matters.

Update: Apparently someone liked the possibility of this pricy teardown because there is already a sale pending on the lot.
