Bartoli Design has taken a nearly century-old process of working Italian leather used by high-quality designers of soles for shoes and has reapplied it with a simplistic, modern design to create the 1085 Edition chair.

Built with a metal frame, wooden legs, and genuine leather, the 1085 is secured at the back with a nautical tie-rod device to create and maintain tension.

The material was even specially chosen to age with style and features visible stitching that connects the seat and back.

1085 symbolizes bespoke Italian craftsmanship and both modern and classic style in a unique and functional chair that will last through the decades.
