Hollywood actress Cameron Diaz has listed her two-bedroom 12th Street apartment in Greenwich Village for $4.25 million.

Diaz purchased the 1,400-square-foot unit for $2.95 million in 2008 and then gutted the property so west coast interior designer Kelly Wearstler could create a unique new home.

An emerald-green kitchen, black marble and pink onyx guest bathroom, and custom rose-colored wallpapered living room are among the bespoke features found in the home. The matching furniture is not included in the asking price, but Diaz would be willing to sell it to an interested buyer.

Diaz also owns a three-bedroom unit in Walker Tower, a condo conversion in Chelsea, which she paid $9.52 million for in 2013.
