Ring, maker of the smart doorbell, has combined its efforts with Kwikset Kevo to make unlocking your home even easier.

Before, users could check who was at the door with Ring’s video viewer, but then they would have to switch over to a different app to actually unlock the door.

The upgraded service now combines the previously clunky routine and allows users to unlock their doors through the Ring app (available for iOS and Android devices).

In order to access this new feature, users will have to upgrade to Kevo Plus—a $70 one-time fee on top of the $199 lock. Ring also costs $199 and is working with LockState, Kisi, and Wink to integrate its app with theirs to streamline the smart home experience.
