The large penthouse of late novelist Tom Clancy is on the market in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor neighborhood at the Ritz-Carlton Residences for $12 million.

The almost 12,000-square-foot, five-bedroom property is a combination of four apartments with views of the harbor and downtown Baltimore. Luxury features include six terraces, a gym, and a home theater.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences unit comes complete with a doorman, concierge services, and valet parking. It also comes with three parking spaces.

Clancy was a Baltimore native and best known for his Jack Ryan novels featuring the exploits of a CIA analyst.
