Pop megastar Britney Spears has just purchased a $7.4 million, 20.86-acre Thousand Oaks, Calif., estate after it was recently announced that she signed on for another lucrative residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas.

The former Disney Mouseketeer’s new home spans 12,264 square feet and has five bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms in a Neoclassical Italianate villa.

Spears will enjoy a master suite filled with custom walk-in closets, a personal fireplace, two bathrooms, and a mountain-view terrace.

The rest of the residence holds a six-car garage, an infinity pool complete with a spa and 1,200 square-foot poolside pavilion, vast lawns, an orchard, a tennis court, and a three-hole golf course.
