“Wolf of Wall Street” and “Moneyball” star Jonah Hill is selling his Laurel Canyon home in Los Angeles, Calif., for just under $3 million.

The 1959-built, 3,660-square-foot house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a small en-suite guest area. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows line the living spaces and bedrooms while a private deck area offers great views of the surrounding canyon.

Hill’s house also has a small private theater and the property also features a built-in barbecue, pool and hot tub, and a half-court basketball court.

Hill was also recently able to sell his 2,000 square-foot SoHo apartment in New York after having to lower the price from $3.75 million to $3 million.
