Hollywood star Matt Damon has pocket-listed his .68-acre Pacific Palisades, Calif., estate for around $20 million. The longtime actor and his wife Luciana purchased the property that has been called “the best house in Pacific Palisades” in 2012 for $15 million.

Damon’s seven-bedroom home spans 9,000 square feet and features vaulted mahogany ceilings, a giant pool, a gym, and a five-car garage.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are also selling their Pacific Palisades home located on the same block as the Damon residence after announcing plans to divorce. Affleck and Garner are asking $45 million for the property that was once owned by Gregory Peck.
