Brinell, famous for fashionable memory sticks and storage devices, has entered into the world of customizing Apple products. The brand’s three new bespoke iPad Air 2 models continue the tradition of high-end excellence.
The German company will reveal its new customized iPad Air 2s on Nov. 2, featuring a Macassar ebony, a Napa leather, and a carbon-fiber finished model.
All three also feature a metal plating that runs the length of the iPad and Qi wireless charging. No technical modifications have been made to the iPads.
Brinell’s upgraded 16GB, Wi-Fi only iPad Air 2 will sell for $1,700, around $1,200 more than Apple asks for the original version.
