The oldest house in Washington D.C., known as The Lindens, has hit the market and could be yours for just $10.5 million.

Built in 1754, the Kalorama single-family home was originally built in Danvers, Mass., as a summer house for Robert Hooper, a merchant who went on to lose much of his wealth due to being a British sympathizer in the time leading up to the Revolutionary War.

During the 1930s two antique dealers purchased the home and sold it to George and Miriam Morris of Washington D.C., who moved the home to the capitol piece-by-piece over the course of three years.

The Georgian-style house has since gone through two restorations and features wall coverings printed in France, the original wood paneling and wood doors, two modernized kitchens with stainless steel appliances, a spa, tavern room, and a three-car garage.
