Musician Kid Rock has once again relisted his Malibu, Calif., mansion. After two years on and off the market, the Point Dume home has been made available for $12.495 million.
Listed at $895,000 more than the artist paid for the property back in October of 2006, it’s nearly one million dollars less than the original asking price when Kid Rock listed the home for $13.45 million in September of 2013. It seems the five-time Grammy nominee has been trying to get some of his money back on the 1.54-acre property. The main house spans 8,305 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. A guesthouse by the pool also offers space for friends to visit.
The Bali-inspired estate sports carved wood doors, an open living space, high ceilings, and a living room that doubles as a screening room. Kid Rock’s spacious master stuns with two walk-in closets, a fireplace, and a private veranda.
If the beautiful home finally sells, the new owner will also enjoy an exercise room, office, lower-level family room, and plenty of covered outdoor space.
Kid Rock’s other properties include a townhouse in Nashville, Tenn., a spacious Clarkston, Mich., property just an hour’s drive from Detroit; and a Jupiter, Fla., ocean-front contemporary.
