The Yankees may not have made the playoffs, but that hasn’t stopped New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez from purchasing a new home in Miami, Fla.
The third-baseman is the new owner of a GranParaiso 53rd-floor penthouse. Although the building is still under construction, the up-and-coming Edgewater neighborhood unit must be luxurious since it’s believed to be priced at more than $4 million.
Complete with 12-foot ceilings and a private elevator landing, the 3,213-square-foot unit is rumored to sport floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a 951-square-foot terrace wrapping around three quarters of the apartment.
Four en suite bedrooms are planned to include at least one walk-in closet each and beautiful views of the Biscayne Bay.
Miami’s GranParaiso is projected to finish construction in 2018 and will complete the resort-style Paraiso complex as the fourth and final tower.
The luxurious high-rise is slotted to feature an array of amenities including a 100-foot diameter zero entry swimming pool, a children’s pool, tennis courts, a putting green, bowling lanes, and an outdoor yoga and Pilates room, just to name a few.
