The richest person in Texas has listed her Lone Star estate. Wal-Mart heiress Alice Walton’s legendary 1,435-acre ranch property in now available for $19.75 million.

Known as “Rocking W Ranch,” the expansive lot features a 4,100-square-foot main house and equine facilities. In addition to incredible views of the Brazos Valley, Walton’s home sports three-quarters of a mile of Brazos River frontage, which includes mineral and water rights.

The property’s main house is covered in Venetian plaster and boasts Cherry and Sycamore cabinetry, Mesquite floors, and a completely customizable home automation system.

Paved roads, mature oak trees, and a large covered deck make for a great outdoor locale, while three-bedrooms, a main gallery, and a library ensure plenty of comfort inside.

Walton—who was listed by Forbes as the 11th richest person in the world—is also selling her cutting horses and equipment starting September 21.
