Another celebrity home has just received a major price cut. “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman” actor Dean Cain has just listed his Basalt, Colo., ranch for $5.4 million.

The 35-acre riverside property was first listed four years ago for $9.5 million, so whoever purchases Cain’s home is receiving quite a discount from the original price.
