College Loan Corp. CEO and professional poker player Cary Katz is hoping to try his luck in the real estate market. The World Series of Poker player has just listed his Las Vegas mansion for $22 million.

Katz’ Sin City estate was originally built in 2001 and sits on 0.75 acres of land. The 15,479-square-foot house boasts coffered ceilings, exquisite marble, magnificent columns, and luxurious chandeliers.

An elaborate main foyer with a grand chandelier, sprawling staircase, and ironwork railings greet visitors before giving way to extravagant living areas styled with classic, but modern furnishings.

Six bedrooms with expansive closets provide plenty of room to host family and friends, while the in-home theater offers a perfect night of entertainment. The backyard is just as stunning with a pool and spa, covered veranda, and views of the golf course.
