Julianne Moore might not be selling a massive super-mansion like other celebs this month, but it doesn’t mean she won’t make a hearty profit. The actress has just listed her Montauk cottage for $3.495 million.

The 1,000-square-foot cabin is set in front of an idyllic pond in the hamlet of Montauk, New York. A pool and cabana offer plenty of opportunity for relaxation at the tiny getaway locale.

Three bedrooms and one bathroom provide just enough space for guests in the fully restored cottage which features wide plank floors, a screened-in porch, and a fireplace.

Moore’s recent role in the upcoming film Freeheld is already garnering Oscar buzz, so she won’t have much time to spend at the cozy home.

Set on 0.69 private acres, her cottage would make the perfect celebrity retreat from city life. Who knows, maybe she’ll pass it on to another Hollywood star.
