It’s the season of pre-election real estate maneuvering and it looks like Sotheby’s International Reality is taking advantage. Just a few weeks after Trump sold one of his NYC penthouses, Sotheby’s has listed one of the Clintons’ past rentals.

The presidential hopeful and the ex-president rented the home at 211 Lily Pond Lane in 2011 and 2012. With eight bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms, there was plenty of room for family and friends to visit.

Designed and built by John Custis Lawrence in 1920, the light and airy home was renovated in 2002 and features a formal dining room, a game room, a heated pool, six fireplaces, and a library.

Listed at $32.5 million, the beautiful seaside retreat is sure to find a new owner soon enough.
