Virgin Australia has joined fellow competitors in upgrading business class cabins. Their new Airbus A330 Business Class suites now provide extra-long and extra-wide seats able to fully lie flat.

A reverse herringbone layout offers plenty of privacy and easy aisle access, although it’s unlikely passengers will want to leave their seats, complete with 16-inch HD touchscreens connected to Virgin Australia’s entertainment system.

A customized triple layer seat cushion and memory foam mattress topper means flyers can snooze through their flight in ultimate comfort.

Virgin Australia is also planning to launch their Boeing 777 long-haul Business Class flights for trips to Los Angeles and Abu Dhabi. With restaurant-style meal service and Nespresso coffee, long flights will be much more comfortable.

The new business class experience will be available on all of Virgin Australia’s Airbus A330 fleet by the end of October.
