Genton Property Group has listed the 12,000-square-foot penthouse at Four Seasons Private Residences in L.A. for $50 million. The exclusive property will feature a private elevator from the garage straight into the penthouse. Coined “paparazzi-proof,” this apartment is the ideal locale for the privacy-seeking celeb.

The future owner can even control the special elevator from their smartphone. Even though the penthouse is incredibly private, the price tag doesn’t include much inside. It’s being sold as “white box” raw space, meaning potential buyers will need to bring in their own interior designers.

Special amenities do include accordion walls of glass that open to one of four balconies, private access to a 9,000-square-foot rooftop, and terrazzo or hardwood floors.

Three other apartment types are available including single-floor units starting at $2.5 million. Construction begins this October.
