After almost a year on the market, LeBron James’ Coconut Grove mansion has finally sold. The NBA MVP’s Miami home was originally listed at $17 million but ultimately sold for $13.4 million.
Even though James accepted a lower offer, he only paid $9 million for the property in 2010, so it’s safe to say he made a good investment.
The 12,178-square-foot house has six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms. Additionally, a theater, game room, wine cellar, infinity pool, and dock on the water provide plenty of opportunities for fun and relaxation.
An outdoor kitchen and dock space for up to two 60-foot yachts means plenty of entertaining happens in the beautiful backyard. The estate is also home to a 4,500-square-foot guest area perfect for housing family and friends.
Real estate investors Timo and Nathalia Kipp purchased the Miami home which will be their primary residence.
