After the launch of his Miami-based entertainment firm, Marc Anthony has listed his Tarzana, Calif., home. Although he only purchased the house seven months ago, the singer is hoping to get $4.35 million and make a small profit on the large mansion.

Located just north of Santa Monica in Tarzana, the 6,500-square foot home may have a New England look, but it has all the amenities expected of a Los Angeles home.

With 5 bedrooms and 7 baths, there’s plenty of room to host guests. Visitors will enjoy the luxurious backyard with a pool, spa, fire pit, and bar with an outdoor refrigerator and built-in grill.

Back inside, the master suite wows with a large closet, private terrace, and master bath complete with a crystal chandelier and clawfoot bathtub.

Although Anthony must be enjoying his role as entrepreneur, he’ll surely miss this light and elegant California home.
