Another Beverly Hills mansion is ready for a new owner. Netflix Content Chief Ted Sarandos is selling his Monterey Colonial home for $9.4 million.

Originally built in 1923, Sarandos purchased the 6,138-square-foot home from fashion designer Max Azria five years ago. He and his wife Nicole Avant, who happens to be the 13th US ambassador to the Bahamas, bought the home to share with their family.

The five-bedroom home features an open floor plan perfect for socializing and entertaining. Upstairs, a master suite with a fireplace and terrace overlooking the backyard offers a place to relax after a long day of work.

With a lush row of high hedges and trees, there’s plenty of privacy for future owners. The backyard is equally stunning with an open-air living room leading to a brick patio and spacious swimming pool.
