Country music star Dierks Bentley is parting with his Nashville mansion. Bentley, who has 13 No. 1 singles, including “Every Mile a Memory” and “What Was I Thinkin’,” has listed his Tennessee 4-bedroom for $1.7 million.
Originally built in 1930, the 4,428-square-foot home features its own private guesthouse with a steeple ceiling. Although the home is located just a few minutes from downtown Nashville, with two-thirds of an acre and an expansive lawn, it’s a breath of fresh air in the historic, musical city.
Hardwood floors span the dining and living room areas and contrast elegantly with a neutral color palette. A steel staircase and dark accents also add a flair of country luxury to the modern home.
The CMA award-winner is opening his Whiskey Row bar in Las Vegas next July, so it looks like Bentley might be making a few more changes.
