Model and fashion guru Heidi Klum has landed a killer summer rental in NYC. The West Village townhouse is located at 400 West St., and Klum is renting it for $70,000 a month.
The five-story Manhattan townhouse is right by the Hudson River and was designed by Bob and Cortney Novogratz known for HGTV’s show “Home by Novogratz.”
Klum’s townhouse features a rooftop terrace complete with a large teak wood hot tub, a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor TV, and an elaborate outdoor kitchen perfect for entertaining. A wood-burning pizza oven, wine cooler, beer tap, and gas barbeque also come included.
The incredible five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath rental spans 7,180 square feet and even has a screening room, basketball court, and a private garage.
Although Klum is currently renting the stellar property, the town home is also on the market for $17.95 million.
