CAVU Is an Opulent Vegas Mansion Built by Casino Architects

CAVU is everything a Vegas mansion should be—opulent and designed for entertainment. Jon Sparer and John Klai designed the home, which features bowling lanes, a “swank” room, and a Japanese soaking tub.

Both Sparer and Klai are known for their work on famous Las Vegas hotels, but the pair spent quite a bit of time building and designing their 13,255-square-foot mansion.

The 5-bedroom, 9-bath home features spectacular views of the Las Vegas Valley, golf course, and mountains. The property boasts a massive wine cellar, home theater, zero-edge pool and spa, Vichy spa, steam room, and a massage table that converts into a mani-pedi station.

Of course the master suite is all-inclusive with a spa, fire feature, shower, television, wet bar, deck with its own bed, and 26 feet of clothes-hanging space in the closet. Now that’s a closet worth dreaming of.

Separate rooms accessed through the courtyard include the “swank” room, two guest spaces, and a library.

CAVU is named for an aeronautical term that means “ceiling and visibility unrestricted,” and the home’s spacious living areas and large windows definitely fit its title.

The incredible Sin City property is currently listed for $12.5 million.
