Thomas Peterffy’s 80-acre Greenwich, Conn., estate is now on the market for $65 million. The billionaire earned his fortune from his work in computerized stock trading. Now, the 70-year-old is focused on selling his large estate.

Originally built in the early 1900s, the 8,000-square-foot main house has eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The country home also features a two-story library and two covered porches and terraces.

The house underwent major renovations in the 1980s and in 2004 when Peterffy purchased the property. He also converted one of the guest cottages into a home office at the time. But don’t worry, the estate still has two separate guesthouses, one three-bedroom and one four-bedroom which offer plenty of room for guests.

The sprawling estate is home to a 22-stall horse stable, swimming pool, and tennis court. New residents will also enjoy the property’s meadows and riding trails.
