It seems like more and more celebrities are investing in unique real estate opportunities. Legendary pop diva Mariah Carey is now hopping on the bandwagon as well. The singer’s incredible Malibu Beach mansion is now available to rent for $10,000 a night.

The $30-million beachfront home is listed on Airbnb for prospective short-term renters. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a separate two-room guesthouse onsite, it could be the perfect weekend rental for a large group. Lucky renters will enjoy an expansive master suite complete with an office, steam shower, private balcony, and sitting area with fireplace.

The large living room is ideal for entertaining with its lounge with fireplace, second lounge with bar, and a spacious dining room. The backyard offers incredible beach views as well as an indoor/outdoor spa room and stone-tiled terrace.

In preparation for her divorce from ex-beau Nick Cannon, Carey recently sold their massive Mulholland Drive property for $9 million. She also still owns a 13,000-square-foot NYC penthouse in Tribeca. Although the star’s Vegas residency has been a hit, $10k a night to rent her part-time home looks like a smart move.
