Entrepreneur and presidential-hopeful Donald Trump just sold his New York City penthouse. Set in the Trump Park Avenue building, the unit is located on the 24th floor of the 32-story building on Park Avenue at 59th Street.
The five-bedroom, seven-bath penthouse spans 6,200 square feet and features 10-foot ceilings throughout. Styled with a light and bright color palette, the lush apartment has a modern, elegant feel. Although beautiful, Trump never actually resided in the penthouse.
Trump was the first owner and originally listed the townhouse for $35 million back in 2013. It just sold at a reduced price of $21 million. It couldn’t have been too big of loss though since Trump owns the entire Park Avenue building.
The celebrity entrepreneur’s net worth is self-reported $10 billion, though several analysts have pegged it at a much lower figure. Trump’s assets range from real estate to entertainment companies to restaurants and often carry the Trump name.
