Legendary producer Jerry Bruckheimer is both a film and real estate connoisseur. The film mogul and his wife, author Linda Bruckheimer, own several luxurious properties, and have recently listed their Mid-Century L.A. home.
The 9,030-square-foot house was designed by architect Thornton Abell and features three pavilions—one for guests, one for living areas and one for the master suite. Complete with glass walls and a Brentwood zip code, the mid-‘60s home is fully restored.
The single-story house has a large dining room with a built-in bar and recessed lighting. Large sliding glass doors provide views of the courtyard, but guests might be focused on the frosted glass, wood, and steel chandelier that acts as the centerpiece of the room.
With an atrium featuring a koi pond, full guest studio and rows of greenery, the L.A. home offers privacy and panache. The classic Mid-Century Modern is listed at $14.5 million.
Bruckheimer is one of the most commercially successful producers in Hollywood history, having produced the Pirates of the Carribean movies, among other hits. His films have grossed over $13 billion and earned him the nickname “Mr. Blockbuster.”
