If you’re tired of carrying around a heavy, noisy keychain, the Ola Fingerprint Smartlock might be the solution to your problem. The new addition in home security only requires the user’s fingerprint to allow access into the home. Crafted from zinc aluminum alloy, the new lock uses advanced fingerprint sensor technology to verify only users with permitted prints may enter.

Using a radio frequency signal to scan fingerprints, the Ola has no keyholes and can be installed in minutes. It takes four AA batteries and a back up AAA battery which can be replaced from inside the home. It also comes equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 to work with the interactive smartphone app. Users can use the app to allow friends and family access to the home.

The smartlock is expected to ship in Q1 2016.
