It appears star power doesn’t always guarantee a premium. Actress Sarah Jessica Parker and actor-husband Matthew Broderick just sold their Greenwich Village townhouse at a small loss. They originally purchased the home for $19 million in 2011, but after several years on the market it just sold for $18.25 million.

It doesn’t seem to be too much of a loss since the couple and their kids rarely stayed in the six-bedroom, seven-fireplace home. With 6,800 square feet and twin fireplaces on the parlor floor, the home is filled with custom amenities, and tons of fireplaces to keep warm. The landscaped garden offers some greenery to the New York townhome and is visible from the Juliet balcony on the second floor.
