Facebook co-founder Chris Hughes and venture capitalist partner Sean Eldridge are selling their New York apartment for $8.75 million. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom Soho home has a wine cellar and library. Although minimalist in architecture, brick walls and a warm color palette give the loft a homey, elegant feel. With 4,200 square feet and a 40-foot-long living room, it’s also perfect for entertaining.

The couple reportedly hosted a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton at the home on June 30.

Hughes and Eldridge also own a 19th-century farmhouse on 80 acres in Garrison where they held their high-profile wedding in 2012. Hughes’ net worth is estimated at $850 million.
